PLEASE remember these are all handmade products and are sewn together using pins. At times a pin can be missed upon inspection. Upon opening your package, BEFORE use & removing any tags, we strongly advise you to carefully inspect your product for pins. 

As with all items given to your littles, please carefully inspect your minky products on a regular basis. If ever in doubt, discontinue use.

Minky Madness Canada Ltd. is not responsible for any injuries due to pin pokes. Minky Madness Canada Ltd. waives all responsibility from the use of our products after it has been sold to the buyer.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

INSURANCE

Each product comes with $100cad shipping insurance to cover a portion of your products during shipping. If you would like to purchase additional insurance please select from the drop down menu at our shipping portion of checkout. it is $6 additional PER blanket.

***PLEASE NOTE***
If additional insurance is not purchased and your item arrives damage or becomes lost. You(the purchaser) are responsible for the remaining balance for replacement of your product.
If you purchase additional insurance, your item will be reordered(if available) free of charge.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

An email will be sent to the email you checked out with stating your order has been shipped. Your tracking number will also be stated on this email.
You may also log into your account on our website at any time to view the status of your order, find tracking and view previous orders.

HOW DO I WASH MY MINKY?

All of our products are to be hand washed or on a gentle/delicate cycle in cold water. I recommend doing a "clean" cycle on your washing machine before washing any minky products to get rid of any residue left in dispensers from previous loads. Hang Dry then fluff in the dryer on LOW heat for 10 minutes or run your hand all over it to make it look new! DO NOT use fabric softeners of any kind. NEVER iron.

DO YOU HAVE A REWARDS PROGRAM?

Yes! Simply create an account/log in to collect points! For every $1 you spend, you earn 1 point! Redeem 375 points for $15 off your purchase OR 750 points for $30 off your purchase.

Yes, we accept Sezzle! When checking out with payment method simply select Sezzle!

DO YOU ACCEPT EMT?

Yes, of course!

Once you have your order in your cart, proceed to check out. When you get to the "payment" section, select "Manual payment" and continue to the last step.

Please sent EMT no later than 2 hours after ordering. Please make sure your banking information is the same as your checkout information (adding your order number to the notes helps tremendously). If your names are different, please write in the comments section what name to expect the EMT from.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU GO LIVE?

Our LIVE show schedule can be found at the top of our Facebook Page. We aim to go LIVE every 2 weeks, but our cover photo will always have what we are doing that week.

CAN I GET A SPECIFIC PRINT?

Yes (for the majority of the time). If you can't find a print your looking for on our site, feel free to message us a screenshot or a picture of what you'd like. We will do our best to find it!

DO YOU OFFER EMBROIDERY?

Yes, to add embroidery head to the "ADD-ON" tab at the top of the page.

WHERE WILL MY EMBROIDERY BE PLACED?

Due to the nature of the prints, we place the embroidery where we think it stands out best. If you have a specific place in mind, please state it in the notes section at checkout.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO COORDINATE MY MINKY BLANKET WITH. CAN YOU HELP?

Absolutely, feel free to check out without a backing choice, once the material arrives, we will pair up a few options and email them to you for you to decide.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PURCHASE TO SHIP AFTER A LIVE SHOW?

Shipping is 3-5 business days. This does not include weekend or holiday dates.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

All sales are final. There is no returns or refunds on any products.
In the event you receive an item that does not fit, we will exchange it ONLY for another size of the same item. Shipping however is at the buyers expense to ship your items back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping out the new sized item.
If you notice any defects of your product please contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.

WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME FOR A CUSTOM ORDER?

Custom orders are sent to the printer on the 1st and 15th of every month.

Turn around time starts once orders are sent to the printer.

~Orders placed from the 1st-14th are sent to the printer on the 15th.

~Orders placed on the 15th-30th/31st are sent on the 1st to the printer.

Our current turn around time is 5-8 weeks once our order is sent to the printer. This does not include shipping times.
